Di Stefano's book is mostly a transcript of the Lord Haw Haw trial. To be fair, this is facinating in it's own right but owes nothing to the penmanship of the author.At the end of the book the author does suggest some reasons for why he thinks that Joyce should not have been convicted. However this forms only a small part of the book and there is little by way of hard evidence to back up his assertion.
Buy this book if you want to see how the trial was conducted and maybe get some insight into the legal process. But if you are looking for a detailed and objective analysis with regard to the conduct of the trial then this book is not for you.
